NVM - I figured it out - try "restore licenses"!! I saw someone post that it worked for them on PS4 and I just did it on PS5 and it worked as well. I did also delete save data, uninstall, reinstall, and wait for it to fully install (not just until the game was playable but until all the data was installed) before restoring licenses.
