This year, three HHS students got the honor: seniors Ethan Malcolm and Ryan Secrist and freshman Cindy Liu. Malcolm and Secrist received their honor for percussion while Liu received it for the oboe.
Students enrolled in this class must be enrolled in the Symphony Orchestra and are highly encouraged to audition for the Senior Regional Orchestra or Senior District Orchestra and take private lessons (though not required).
